Our cleaners are directly employed on PAYE; where we use carefully vetted subcontractors, KEYJAY remains responsible for the work.

Are you tied into long contracts?
No. We offer flexible 30-day rolling agreements rather than long lock-ins, so you stay with us because the service is good.
Can you take over from our current cleaner?
Yes, and we handle it including any TUPE staff transfer. See our switching page for how we manage a smooth handover.
What about holiday and sickness cover?
We build cover into every contract. Because our cleaners are directly employed, we aim to have a briefed colleague step in wherever possible, so your premises keep being cleaned.
