How our commercial terms work
Commercial cleaning is tailored to each client, so the full terms — covering the cleaning specification, pricing, invoicing, cover arrangements, access and security, health & safety (including COSHH and RAMS), cancellation and notice, and any TUPE staff transfer when you switch to us — are set out in the written service agreement we provide with your quotation, normally after a free site survey.
A copy of our standard commercial cleaning terms and conditions is available on request before you commit. Please ask us and we'll send them over.

If you're a residential customer, our Residential Cleaning Terms and Conditions apply instead.
